We bring over thirty years of fitness and personal training experience to you. At your initial one-on-one personal fitness training/body wellness session, we do a thorough evaluation to determine your flexibility, range of motion, and strength throughout your body. We then design a complete personalized program that is based upon your goals, tighter/weaker areas, and your body as a whole. Your program includes cardiovascular conditioning, strengthening, core exercises, therapeutic exercises, and stretching. At each session, we guide you to use the correct form and posture and we provide multiple individual workout programs for each client to prevent plateaus and keep things fresh and exciting. You will feel better, gain strength, lose fat, and improve your body’s functional movement. Not to mention live longer, improve your quality of life, and increase your energy.
